All donations to the Virtual Rainforest support our Protect an Acre scheme. We do not buy rainforest land, but each £25 you donate supports our work to help local communities to secure the rights to the land they have lived on for generations. Because these people depend on the rainforest for their livelihoods, they often do the best job at protecting it in the long term.

You can also support our Protect an Acre scheme by donating by phone, post or online. A donation of £25 will help us to protect an acre of rainforest. In return for your donation we will send you a personalised Rainforest Foundation UK thank you card and information about the work you are supporting.
