For those worried about global warming, getting hot and sweaty might not seem an obvious way to cool things down, but it is!
Join our annual 10k and fight climate change by protecting rainforests.
The 1st of November 2009 sees the 9th annual Rainforest Run take place in Finsbury Park, London N4. So pop on your running shoes and help to reduce the earth's carbon emission by making some footprints that won't do any damage!
Destruction of the rainforest causes more CO2 emissions than all of the world's planes, trains and automobiles so enjoy a fun day out and make a difference at the same time.
