Rainforest destruction is the second largest cause of global warming. Saving rainforests is one of the quickest and cheapest ways to help stop climate change.
The Rainforest Foundation works in the regions most affected by deforestation. In partnership with forest communities, we have protected more than 45,000 square miles (an area greater than the size of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland combined) and we’re on our way to saving another 385,700 square miles.
