El Fondo Verde para el Clima ... Leer m\u00e1s<\/p>\n<p>El Fondo Verde para el Clima es un fondo clave para la aplicaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds de 2015, que ha comprometido a los pa\u00edses industrializados a canalizar 100.000 millones de d\u00f3lares a los pa\u00edses en desarrollo para 2020. Sin embargo, el informe de RFUK Good Money After Bad? Risks and Opportunities for the Green Climate Fund in the Congo Basin Rainforests (Riesgos y oportunidades para el Fondo Verde para el Clima en los bosques tropicales de la cuenca del Congo) concluye que el potencial del Fondo para cumplir su intenci\u00f3n declarada de inducir un \"cambio de paradigma hacia un desarrollo bajo en emisiones y resiliente al clima\" en los bosques tropicales se est\u00e1 viendo comprometido por deficiencias en su dise\u00f1o institucional y en sus sistemas de salvaguardias.
