Este decreto garantiza derechos perpetuos sobre las tierras consuetudinarias de Bamasobha, y abre as\u00ed la v\u00eda a la fase de gesti\u00f3n del CFCL, una zona rica en biodiversidad y que abarca m\u00e1s de 29.000 ha.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/3c7313cd-64da-45bb-a236-5147ed52179a.jpg\" alt=\"3c7313cd-64da-45bb-a236-5147ed52179a\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"3c7313cd-64da-45bb-a236-5147ed52179a\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>El acto capt\u00f3 la alegr\u00eda y el orgullo que sienten los residentes, y estuvo marcado por discursos, testimonios de miembros de la comunidad, presentaciones sobre sus conocimientos tradicionales y la exposici\u00f3n de herramientas de caza y pesca y s\u00edmbolos de poder entre los masubha (bamasobha).<\/p>\n<p>En agradecimiento por la concesi\u00f3n de su t\u00edtulo, los miembros de las comunidades bamasobas entregaron a las autoridades locales un regalo simb\u00f3lico. El decreto, firmado el pasado mes de marzo por el gobernador de Kivu Norte, fue entregado finalmente por el jefe del sector de Bapere, el Sr. Kombi Nepa Nepa. En su discurso, elogi\u00f3 el apoyo prestado por la asociaci\u00f3n PREPPYG y sus socios, que hizo posible dotar a su entidad del primer CFCL.<\/p>\n\t<blockquote><p>El CFCL constituye un modelo de gesti\u00f3n forestal participativa por parte de las comunidades ind\u00edgenas y locales que dependen habitualmente de ellos, y que garantiza oficialmente los derechos de propiedad sobre sus recursos forestales, con el fin de acelerar su desarrollo socioecon\u00f3mico preservando al mismo tiempo su medio ambiente. El CFCL no es un bien personal que uno de ustedes o una \u00e9lite pueda utilizar a su antojo en detrimento de los dem\u00e1s, sino que requiere la participaci\u00f3n de hombres, mujeres, j\u00f3venes, personas con discapacidad y pueblos ind\u00edgenas en la gesti\u00f3n y el uso que beneficiar\u00e1 a toda la comunidad o comunidades locales\".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>dijo el Sr. Kombi Nepa Nepa.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/15f3689f-1b5f-4125-8a6f-e26133cb7a23-1.jpg\" alt=\"15f3689f-1b5f-4125-8a6f-e26133cb7a23\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"15f3689f-1b5f-4125-8a6f-e26133cb7a23\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Para el jefe del clan Masubha, Gustave Masumbuko, el proceso permiti\u00f3 reconciliar a los miembros del clan, que estaban muy divididos al inicio del proceso.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>'Yo Gustave, estaba entre las personas que se opon\u00edan al proceso. Cuando PREPPYG empez\u00f3 las sensibilizaciones, pens\u00e1bamos que hab\u00eda gente que ven\u00eda a robarnos nuestras tierras. Despu\u00e9s de varias discusiones, entendimos.
