{"id":5469,"date":"2023-01-26T13:00:17","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T13:00:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/?p=5469"},"modified":"2023-02-06T13:51:19","modified_gmt":"2023-02-06T13:51:19","slug":"ordenamiento-territorial-con-los-ashaninkas-en-la-amazonia-peruana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/es\/land-use-planning-with-the-ashaninkas-in-the-peruvian-amazon\/","title":{"rendered":"Ordenaci\u00f3n del territorio con los ashaninkas en la Amazonia peruana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Parte de nuestro trabajo con las comunidades ash\u00e1ninkas de la cuenca del r\u00edo Ene se ha centrado en mejorar el control sobre sus territorios ancestrales mediante la elaboraci\u00f3n de planes participativos de uso de la tierra. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Estos planes respaldan sus derechos de acceso y uso de sus bosques mediante la zonificaci\u00f3n de su territorio, la definici\u00f3n de los diferentes usos de la zona (por ejemplo, expansi\u00f3n urbana, pesca, turismo, conservaci\u00f3n de la biodiversidad, agricultura, \u00e1reas protegidas nacionales, etc.), la duraci\u00f3n de las actividades, las necesidades espec\u00edficas que requiere cada actividad, la entidad comunitaria y estatal responsable de cada actividad, las normas establecidas sobre lo que est\u00e1 permitido y la entidad responsable de la supervisi\u00f3n y las sanciones por infracci\u00f3n de estas normas. \u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/mapeo-yaviro10-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"mapeo yaviro10\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"768\" width=\"1024\" title=\"mapeo yaviro10\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Junto con nuestros socios Kemito Ene y CARE (Central Ash\u00e1ninka del R\u00edo Ene) -cuyo trabajo como representantes de las comunidades Ash\u00e1ninka garantiza la organizaci\u00f3n comunitaria, la buena gobernanza y la seguridad territorial- hemos trabajado con los hombres y mujeres de cinco comunidades para desarrollar un \u00fanico plan de uso de la tierra que comprende aproximadamente 130.000 ha de territorio ind\u00edgena. Ahora, por primera vez en su historia, los miembros de la comunidad, sus l\u00edderes y los representantes de CARE han acordado y oficializado un plan de uso de la tierra para gobernar su territorio colectivo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/PHOTO-2022-10-25-17-22-17-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"PHOTO-2022-10-25-17-22-17\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"768\" width=\"1024\" title=\"PHOTO-2022-10-25-17-22-17\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t<p>Una parte esencial de este trabajo es asegurarse de que los planes incluyan a toda la comunidad y no se margine ninguna voz. Para garantizarlo a lo largo de todo el proceso, se formaron grupos de trabajo en cada comunidad, con la participaci\u00f3n de representantes de CARE y l\u00edderes comunitarios, y se celebraron talleres participativos en cada comunidad, adem\u00e1s de entrevistas individuales con representantes comunitarios y reuniones con la junta directiva de las comunidades, entre otros. Una vez elaborado el mapa y la zonificaci\u00f3n de las comunidades, se prepar\u00f3 un plan de acci\u00f3n para cada \u00e1rea definida y se present\u00f3 a las comunidades para que lo validaran, de modo que sus comentarios pudieran incorporarse a los planes finales de uso del suelo. Por ejemplo, en una de las comunidades la mayor\u00eda de las familias viven en aislamiento voluntario y contacto inicial, por lo que junto con CARE, las autoridades comunitarias y los comit\u00e9s de autodefensa ind\u00edgena, se implement\u00f3 un protocolo diferenciado que respeta la vida de estas familias. <\/p>\n<p>La presencia de CARE a lo largo de estos procesos ha hecho que las comunidades se sientan m\u00e1s apoyadas por sus autoridades, y ha generado un proceso de participaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s din\u00e1mico, incluyendo a m\u00e1s mujeres y j\u00f3venes de las comunidades.
