Il existe une discrimination end\u00e9mique \u00e0 l'encontre des populations autochtones, qui se traduit parfois par du travail forc\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">L'\u00c9tat a attribu\u00e9 la grande majorit\u00e9 des for\u00eats aux exploitations foresti\u00e8res et aux zones prot\u00e9g\u00e9es, au m\u00e9pris des droits fonciers des communaut\u00e9s locales et en entravant leur acc\u00e8s aux ressources dont elles d\u00e9pendent. L'ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 et l'instabilit\u00e9 politique qui r\u00e8gnent dans de vastes r\u00e9gions du pays ont entrav\u00e9 les efforts visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gouvernance foresti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"map_wrapper\" id=\"map_wrapper_7679\">\n<div class=\"map_box\" style=\"max-width:400px\">\n<div class=\"map_aspect_ratio\" style=\"padding-top:100%\" data-padding-top=\"100%\" data-padding-top-mobile=\"100%\">\n<div class=\"map_container\">\n<div class=\"map_render map_loading\" id=\"map_7679\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\n\t\tNos impacts\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>RFUK et notre partenaire local CADD ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les premiers d\u00e9fenseurs des for\u00eats communautaires en RCA et ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/fr\/premiere-historique-en-republique-centrafricaine-des-communautes-se-voient-reconnatre-des-droits-sur-leurs-forts\/\">obtenir la premi\u00e8re for\u00eat communautaire de l'histoire du pays<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Nous avons aid\u00e9 les communaut\u00e9s locales \u00e0 cartographier des milliers d'hectares de terres traditionnelles et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs moyens de subsistance gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des programmes innovants d'am\u00e9lioration agricole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>En 2010, la RCA est devenue le premier pays d'Afrique \u00e0 ratifier la Convention\u202f169 de l'OIT sur les droits des peuples autochtones, en partie gr\u00e2ce au plaidoyer de la RFUK. Cette approche ne conduit pas seulement \u00e0 des violations des droits de l'homme, elle est \u00e9galement inefficace car elle ignore et ali\u00e8ne les populations qui ont fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 et
