Les femmes sont \u00e9galement confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 la revendication de terres h\u00e9rit\u00e9es, \u00e0 l'omission ill\u00e9gale de titres de propri\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 la n\u00e9gation des droits d'occupation des veuves et \u00e0 l'empi\u00e8tement sur les terres des femmes. Pour toutes ces raisons, la mise en \u0153uvre des lois fonci\u00e8res progressistes du Kenya accuse un retard consid\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Les femmes souffrent de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e de la tendance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 l'accaparement des terres au Kenya, souvent li\u00e9e \u00e0 des expulsions par le gouvernement \u00e0 des fins de d\u00e9veloppement ou de conservation des forteresses.<\/p>\n\t<div class=\"map_wrapper\" id=\"map_wrapper_7689\">\n<div class=\"map_box\" style=\"max-width:400px\">\n<div class=\"map_aspect_ratio\" style=\"padding-top:100%\" data-padding-top=\"100%\" data-padding-top-mobile=\"100%\">\n<div class=\"map_container\">\n<div class=\"map_render map_loading\" id=\"map_7689\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\n\t\tNos impacts\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Haki Ardhi, un outil num\u00e9rique de signalement des violations des droits fonciers, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en partenariat avec TMG Research et la Kenya Land Alliance (KLA), est d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 avec succ\u00e8s dans les comt\u00e9s de Taita Taveta et de Kakamega. Des cas sont fr\u00e9quemment signal\u00e9s par l'interm\u00e9diaire du syst\u00e8me, notamment des cas d'expulsion forc\u00e9e et d'ing\u00e9rence dans les processus de gestion fonci\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<li>Haki Ardhi a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sur la base du succ\u00e8s de ForestLink. Les utilisateurs peuvent signaler les ill\u00e9galit\u00e9s par SMS et au moyen d'une application pour smartphone. Cela permet d'\u00e9largir l'utilisation aux femmes des zones rurales qui n'ont pas acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un smartphone.<\/li>\n<li>Un exemple r\u00e9ussi est celui d'un rapport re\u00e7u par l'interm\u00e9diaire de Haki Ardhi, dans lequel une femme a \u00e9t\u00e9 expuls\u00e9e de force de sa terre apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de son mari. Elle a utilis\u00e9 Haki Ardhi pour documenter le cas et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation de la communaut\u00e9, l'affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9solue.
