L'objectif de CADEM est de promouvoir des initiatives durables de base pour permettre \u00e0 la population de Ma\u00ef Ndombe d'am\u00e9liorer ses conditions de vie et de d\u00e9fendre ses int\u00e9r\u00eats communs.
