{"id":1047,"date":"2020-02-27T00:00:02","date_gmt":"2020-02-27T00:00:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/?p=1047"},"modified":"2022-07-19T15:48:27","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T15:48:27","slug":"le-cadre-mondial-pour-la-biodiversite-apres-2020-une-nouvelle-menace-pour-les-peuples-autochtones-et-les-communautes-locales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/fr\/the-post-2020-global-biodiversity-framework-a-new-threat-to-indigenous-people-and-local-communities\/","title":{"rendered":"Le \"Cadre mondial pour la biodiversit\u00e9 post-2020\" : une nouvelle menace pour les populations autochtones et les communaut\u00e9s locales ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Alors qu'un groupe d'experts se r\u00e9unit \u00e0 Rome pour \u00e9laborer un plan qui pourrait doubler la superficie mondiale des zones prot\u00e9g\u00e9es pour la porter \u00e0 30 % d'ici 2030, la Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) et Survival International craignent que cela n'entra\u00eene une recrudescence des violations des droits de l'homme et des conflits fonciers si cela ne s'accompagne pas de garanties beaucoup plus solides concernant les droits des populations autochtones et des autres habitants de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e au groupe de travail pour la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/media.ashx\/post-2020-biodiversity-framework-briefingfinalsurvivalrfukmrg.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cadre pour la biodiversit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s 2020<\/a>\u00a0qui pr\u00e9parera le terrain pour la mise en \u0153uvre de la Convention sur la biodiversit\u00e9 au cours des prochaines d\u00e9cennies, nous mettons en garde contre toute extension du mod\u00e8le de \"conservation forteresse\" qui pr\u00e9vaut dans une grande partie des tropiques, \u00e0 la suite de l'adoption de la Convention sur la biodiversit\u00e9 par le Conseil de l'Europe. <a href=\"http:\/\/rainforestparksandpeople.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">recherche publi\u00e9e<\/a> qui a mis \u00e0 nu le co\u00fbt humain des zones strictement prot\u00e9g\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avertissons \u00e9galement que cette initiative, connue sous le nom de 30x30, pourrait en fait acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la crise climatique. Les solutions dites \"bas\u00e9es sur la nature\" peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le important dans la restauration des \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes et l'adaptation au changement climatique \u00e0 long terme, mais leurs effets sur le climat ne se font pas sentir. <a href=\"https:\/\/redd-monitor.org\/2019\/07\/04\/offsetting-fossil-fuel-emissions-with-tree-planting-and-natural-climate-solutions-science-magical-thinking-or-pure-pr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">le potentiel d'att\u00e9nuation du changement climatique a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement surestim\u00e9<\/a>L'industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re s'en empare d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour pr\u00e9tendre compenser ses \u00e9missions et retarder l'action climatique tant attendue dans les pays industrialis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Eisen, directeur ex\u00e9cutif du RFUK, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\"S'il est certain que des engagements audacieux sont n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face aux urgences en mati\u00e8re de climat et de biodiversit\u00e9, ils ne peuvent se faire au d\u00e9triment des populations les plus pauvres du monde et les moins responsables de ces crises.
