Son objectif affich\u00e9 est de favoriser un changement de paradigme en faveur d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone et r\u00e9silient aux changements climatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Le Fonds vert pour le climat est un fonds cl\u00e9 central pour la mise en \u0153uvre de l'Accord de Paris de 2015, qui a engag\u00e9 les nations industrialis\u00e9es \u00e0 acheminer $100 milliards USD vers les pays en d\u00e9veloppement d'ici 2020. Cependant, le rapport du RFUK intitul\u00e9 Good Money After Bad ? Risks and Opportunities for the Green Climate Fund in the Congo Basin Rainforests (Risques et opportunit\u00e9s pour le Fonds vert pour le climat dans les for\u00eats tropicales du bassin du Congo) constate que le potentiel du fonds \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser son intention d\u00e9clar\u00e9e d'induire un \"changement de paradigme vers un d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission et r\u00e9silient au climat\" dans les for\u00eats tropicales est compromis par les faiblesses de sa conception institutionnelle et de ses syst\u00e8mes de sauvegarde.
