{"id":2168,"date":"2017-10-10T00:00:01","date_gmt":"2017-10-10T00:00:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/?p=2168"},"modified":"2022-07-19T15:48:29","modified_gmt":"2022-07-19T15:48:29","slug":"premiere-table-ronde-provinciale-sur-la-foresterie-communautaire-organisee-en-rdc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/fr\/first-provincial-roundtable-on-community-forestry-takes-place-in-drc\/","title":{"rendered":"Premi\u00e8re Table Ronde provinciale sur la foresterie communautaire organis\u00e9e en RDC"},"content":{"rendered":"<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/19fc6995-99ac-46a6-8b20-93991c69809d.jpg\" alt=\"19fc6995-99ac-46a6-8b20-93991c69809d\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"465\" width=\"700\" title=\"19fc6995-99ac-46a6-8b20-93991c69809d\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\r\n\t<p>Quelque 90 participants se sont rendus \u00e0 Mbandaka, dans le nord-ouest de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), en septembre dernier pour prendre part \u00e0 la toute premi\u00e8re Table Ronde provinciale sur la foresterie communautaire.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait organis\u00e9 par l\u2019ONG congolaise,\u00a0<em>Centre d'Appui \u00e0 la Gestion Durable des For\u00eats Tropicales<\/em>\u00a0(CAGDFT) avec le soutien de la Rainforest Foundation UK (RFUK) et le D\u00e9partement britannique du D\u00e9veloppement international (DfID). Il faisait suite \u00e0 une s\u00e9rie de tables rondes nationales \u00e0 Kinshasa, la capitale du pays, dont le point d\u2019orgue avait \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie nationale sur la foresterie communautaire, un outil phare con\u00e7u pour harmoniser et guider les activit\u00e9s de divers organisations et services gouvernementaux \u00e0 travers le pays.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nombreuses sont les organisations et les communaut\u00e9s locales qui n\u2019ont appris que r\u00e9cemment en quoi consiste la foresterie communautaire et la Table Ronde provinciale de Mbandaka a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 une occasion d\u2019\u00e9changer sur la nouvelle strat\u00e9gie nationale et de discuter des lois pertinentes sur la foresterie communautaire avec un public plus local. De fait, plusieurs des participants avaient pagay\u00e9 pendant plus de trois heures pour venir assister \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. La Table Ronde a r\u00e9uni des dirigeants autochtones, des chefs traditionnels et du personnel d\u2019organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif travaillant dans les for\u00eats tropicales.<\/p>\r\n<p>Parmi ces derniers figurait R\u00e9gine Mboyo. Elle-m\u00eame autochtone, elle est la Coordonnatrice de la SPFA (<em>Solidarit\u00e9 pour la Promotion des Femmes Autochtones<\/em>), une organisation qui d\u00e9fend les droits des femmes autochtones en RDC.\u00a0<em>\u00ab Pour les peuples autochtones, la foresterie communautaire est tr\u00e8s importante parce qu\u2019il y a des probl\u00e8mes par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux for\u00eats pour les peuples autochtones\u2026 La foresterie communautaire est une opportunit\u00e9 qui va nous permettre de g\u00e9rer nos for\u00eats d\u2019une mani\u00e8re durable, \u00bb\u00a0<\/em>a r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi R\u00e9gine. \"<em>je pense que la Table Ronde Provinciale c\u2019est bien pass\u00e9 parce qu\u2019il y a eu des bons \u00e9changes d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, avec chaque organisation montrer comment ils font le travail sur le terrain avec leurs communaut\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/71223080-c54c-43de-92d5-9a27f4110b3f.jpg\" alt=\"Les participants \u00e0 la table ronde R\u00e9gine Mboyo et Doudou Kalala. Cr\u00e9dit : RFUK \r\n\t<p><em>\"Ce partage d'exp\u00e9riences a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de la table ronde\".<\/em>\u00a0explique Claire Parfondry, Coordonnatrice des for\u00eats communautaires chez RFUK.\u00a0<em>\u00ab Elle a notamment permis aux membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de montrer \u00e0 des tiers, y compris des leaders locaux et autochtones, pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment comment les villages locaux peuvent \u00eatre aid\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9tablir leur propre for\u00eat communautaire \u00bb.<\/em>\u00a0L\u2019un des pr\u00e9sentateurs a ainsi expliqu\u00e9 comment son organisation utilise des guides illustr\u00e9s pour enseigner aux membres de la communaut\u00e9 la proc\u00e9dure juridique \u00e0 suivre pour obtenir une for\u00eat communautaire.<\/p>\r\n<p>Au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es, la CAGDFT organisera d\u2019autres tables rondes r\u00e9gionales dans les provinces du pays, dans le but de promouvoir la foresterie communautaire comme un outil efficace et propice au d\u00e9veloppement durable.
