Au cours de cette derni\u00e8re visite, les kits RTM ont \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement remis aux observateurs de la communaut\u00e9 locale, mettant litt\u00e9ralement entre leurs mains le pouvoir de prot\u00e9ger la for\u00eat tropicale.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rainforestfoundationuk.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/ae7522ae-0ef3-4e12-8847-23bf1b13480f.jpg\" alt=\"Photo : kit communautaire RTM\" itemprop=\"image\" title=\"ae7522ae-0ef3-4e12-8847-23bf1b13480f\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\tPhoto : kit communautaire RTM\n\t<blockquote><p>\"Le suivi en temps r\u00e9el n'existait pas dans notre village\", a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un chef local. \"Lorsque nous avons entendu parler de cette technologie, j'\u00e9tais un peu sceptique, d'autant plus que de nombreuses ONG nous pr\u00e9sentent des projets impressionnants qui ne sont jamais mis en \u0153uvre. Mais ce projet est diff\u00e9rent. C'est devenu une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et je fais confiance aux jeunes de notre village pour utiliser ces nouvelles technologies pour le bien de la communaut\u00e9.\"<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>En plus de l'assistance technique, les communaut\u00e9s locales ont \u00e9galement re\u00e7u une formation en mati\u00e8re de plaidoyer afin de les aider \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre leurs droits l\u00e9gaux et coutumiers.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\"Vous ne pouvez pas revendiquer un droit \u00e0 quelque chose si vous ne savez m\u00eame pas quels sont vos droits. Ce projet nous a permis de nous familiariser avec la loi, et nous nous sentons maintenant soutenus dans l'affirmation de nos droits\".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>a expliqu\u00e9 un responsable communautaire, Theo.<\/p>\n<p>Notre syst\u00e8me ForestLink est con\u00e7u pour aider les populations foresti\u00e8res locales \u00e0 alerter les autorit\u00e9s sur les activit\u00e9s ill\u00e9gales et \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir la d\u00e9forestation sur leurs terres.
