A group of Congolese and international NGOs have written to DRC’s General Prosecutor calling on him to investigate\u00a0des rapports faisant \u00e9tat d'une exploitation ill\u00e9gale g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e<\/a>qui impliquent pas moins de six anciens ministres.<\/p>\r\n

Le 1er avril, le minist\u00e8re de l'Environnement a enfin rendu public un audit de l'industrie foresti\u00e8re du pays, longtemps occult\u00e9, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par l'Inspection g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des finances (IGF), qui a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une exploitation foresti\u00e8re ill\u00e9gale g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e dans le pays. Bien que le gouvernement ait depuis suspendu douze des concessions ill\u00e9gales r\u00e9pertori\u00e9es, il semble que ce ne soit qu'un d\u00e9but.\u00a0fraction<\/a>\u00a0du nombre total.<\/p>\r\n
