Mais seule une petite partie des financements actuels parvient aux communaut\u00e9s autochtones et locales. Pour changer cette situation, les donateurs doivent revoir leurs pratiques et d\u00e9m\u00ealer le syst\u00e8me bureaucratique qui emp\u00eache les communaut\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re ligne d'acc\u00e9der aux fonds climatiques.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, des dirigeants de communaut\u00e9s autochtones et locales d'Am\u00e9rique latine et d'Afrique, accompagn\u00e9s d'alli\u00e9s du secteur des ONG, pr\u00e9senteront et discuteront de la plateforme Shandia, une plateforme qui propose des voies et des solutions pour concr\u00e9tiser l'engagement.
