The Rainforest Foundation UK is committed to identifying and preventing misconduct in its programmes and activities (including unacceptable sexual behaviour and bullying), committed by staff or other individuals conducting activities on the organisation’s behalf. More details are provided in our Safeguarding Policy and Code of Conduct.
If you’d like to raise a concern with Rainforest Foundation UK about the behaviour of a member of staff, or other representative of the organisation, there are several ways that you can do this:
The easiest way to raise a complaint is to send an email to email@example.com. Your email will be responded to within 72 hours from the time it is received;
You can also contact the Rainforest Foundation UK on +44 207 485 0193. Your call will be answered and forwarded to the appropriate focal point in the Rainforest Foundation;

When making a report, please try to be as specific as possible. It may help us to investigate the incident for you to include any or all of the following:
What is the nature of your concern?
Who was involved in the incident?
Where did the incident take place?
When did it happen?
Your name and contact details.
Any other information that you think is important or relevant.
Anonymous reports will also be accepted and treated with the same level of significance as with any other submission. An anonymous report may be harder to follow up on, but this should not discourage you from reporting the incident anonymously if that is your preference.
RFUK will not purposefully disclose your report or its details to anyone unless it is in the best interests of your safety/well-being, or if we are obliged to by legal or contractual obligations.
