Safeguarding
We have a zero-tolerance approach against any form of sexual harassment, exploitation, and abuse. If you have witnessed or experienced any such behaviour, we urge you to report it without fear of reprisals
Whistleblowing
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Our Whistleblowing Policy ensures that serious misconduct, ethical violations, or illegal activities can be reported safely and confidentially.
Complaints
Everyone who engages with our activities has the right to raise a complaint. Whether it's about the quality of our services or the behaviour of our staff, we take all complaints seriously and strive to resolve them promptly.
