Salary: £32,651 to £35,525 gross per annum, depending on experience, including London weighting, plus benefits

Job description: The Peru Coordinator will have overall responsibility for managing the Development Impact Bond and the smaller scale projects supporting sustainable cocoa production with Kemito Ene and CARE. As a member of the programmes team, the post holder will participate in the development and implementation of the organisational strategy in the Amazon and will liaise closely with our partner organisations. Consultancy: Development Impact Bond Verification
We are looking for an experienced organisation to be the external verifier of a Development Impact Bond focussed climate smart agriculture in the Peruvian Amazon. The project focusses on supporting indigenous cocoa farmers association Kemito Ene to improve productivity and increase sales, while setting up agroforestry systems and land management approaches to avoid deforestation and protect biodiversity. The verifier will validate the project indicators, baseline and targets at the beginning of the project. At the end of the project, the Verifier will review and validate the achievement of those targets.
