Chair
Lucy Claridge (Chair) is a human rights lawyer with specific experience in strategic litigation, advocacy and capacity-building to improve access to justice for minority and indigenous communities worldwide. Currently, Lucy is the Executive Director of the International Lawyers Project (ILP), an organisation whose overall focus of work is economic and environmental justice, through the mobilisation of lawyers around the world who help grassroots communities. Previously she was Senior Counsel and Head of the Strategic Legal Response Centre at Forest Peoples’ Programme, Director of Strategic Litigation at Amnesty International and Legal Director at Minority Rights Group International.
